Early Years sector

I deliver training, coaching and team development support for early years settings across the PVI and maintained sector to support the growth and development of early years businesses and their staff, creating an environment where staff and children can flourish.

The Childcare Business Advisers Programme

Our CBAP programme leads to a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 qualification in Professional Consulting Skills and is aimed at those who provide training, advice and consultancy to Early Years and Childcare providers.  Many Local Authorities have now made achievement of this valuable qualification a requirement of all of their Early Years Business Support Managers and Advisers. Leadership and management skills training

Working with providers right across the PVI and maintained sector, including schools, academies and childminders, my leadership and management skills training is designed to build the competence and confidence of setting owners, managers and committee members who need to become as competent in the management and leadership aspects of their setting as they are in managing the quality of childcare. I provide a range of practical tools that they can implement immediately rather than a theoretical awareness of good practice. Courses can be delivered on an in-house basis, tailored to your needs.
