Celebrating Micro-Businesses

microbizmattersday infographicToday is #MicroBizMattersDay so I am celebrating those micro-businesses who have supported and mentored me to develop my own successful micro-business.

Like all micro-business owners, I couldn’t do what I do in isolation. I rely on a supportive network of like-minded professionals to help me to keep my business operating effectively and to deliver excellent service to my clients.

I strongly advise all the start-up businesses that I mentor to spend time identifying other local micro-businesses and building a supportive network of trusted colleagues who you can rely on for support, advice, collaboration and much more. Sometimes just having someone to go and have a coffee and a chat with can make all the difference.

If you’re about to set out on your journey as a micro-business and are seeking a mentor to support you through the process give me a call. I provide support to local start-ups on a face to face basis and for those further afield via Skype.
