Working closely with your internal team we will review the job description and person specification for the vacancy and identify the qualities and competencies required. We will then design and facilitate an assessment centre to enable these qualities and competencies to be observed and assessed.
Possible assessment centre activities are likely to include:
- Completion of an appropriate psychometric profile prior to the assessment centre with results available on the day (our preference is to use Dimensions)
- Completion of a written task based on analysis of data to be submitted prior to the assessment centre
- Face to face interview a using competence-based interview format with questions agreed in advance
- Preparation of a presentation based on the report mentioned above.
