Hello. My name is Jacqui Burke. Let me tell you a bit about my business, Flourishing People, and about the ways in which I can help you and your business.
I am an HR and training consultant with a passion for seeing people develop their skills and grow their confidence so that they can fulfil their potential at work. I set up Flourishing People in 2001 to enable me to put that passion to work supporting a variety of small and medium sized businesses and charities in London and the East of England.
Having spent over 25 years honing my skills as a management trainer, coach and human resources consultant I am confident my clients can depend on me to make a valuable contribution to their business that will have lasting effects for years to come.
I have experience of working across many sectors including central and local government organisations, voluntary and community organisations, and SMEs. Over the past 12 years I have specialised in providing business, governance, management and leadership skills training for businesses in the Early Years and Childcare sector. This support is tailor-made to build the competence and confidence of owners, managers, governors and committee members within the sector.
